PATIENT PERSONAS Patient personas are stories representing the human experience of being a patient who experiences systemic injustices. These personas offer an opportunity to “walk in the shoes” of a patient with complex life experiences and health needs. Each persona reflects the unique assets of a patient, as well as their challenges and successes. VIDEOS Interspersed throughout the Guide are short video clips of interviews with national experts who provide unique and diverse perspectives on improving health equity within health centers.
