We’re delighted that you are joining us and have prepared this Onboarding Resource Guide to help make your transition to NACHC easy, smooth and seamless. Aside from introducing you to NACHC’s unique tools and resources, we have included your first and second day orientation schedule. Your direct supervisor will schedule additional meetings based upon your position/function area.

Before Your First Day:
Look for Communication from NACHC’s Onboarding Team Frank Simkin, Deputy Director, HR Business Partner will discuss this
book and verify you have everything you need for a successful first day launch!
Alicia Lovelace, Deputy Director, Workforce Logistics will arrange for equipment pick up or mailing. If you are coming to the office on day one, Alicia will guide you through the process. Ibikuno Briggs, Deputy Director, Benefits & Compensation will guide you through the Paychex Onboarding process and discuss I9 documentation procedures.
Prior to your first day of hire, you will receive an email from Paychex. Once enrolled, you will complete the following forms ( paperless ):
Federal and State Tax I-9 Direct Deposit Employee Handbook
Day One and Day Two Schedule:
NACHC’s Standard Operations and HR training depends on your location.
Bethesda and Remote Out of Are a new hires, reference page #13.
Alexandria new hires, reference page #15.
Staff members working from the Bethesda, MD office or Remote Out of Area will meet with Alicia Lovelace, Deputy Director, Workforce Logistics.
Subject to change as necessary.
Staff members working from the Alexandria, VA office will meet with Carla Devoe Wheatley, Office Manager.
Subject to change as necessary.
New Hire Action Items:
Please submit a Request Work and Telework Request Form.
Look for an invite from Kelly Stanford, HR Director to attend NACHC’s Past, Present & Future Presentation.
Ibikuno Briggs will contact you to set up your Paychex Flex account. Once registered, you will be able to view your paystubs, summary of Benefits, tax updates, et al.
Additionally, you will need to enter the following:

On Day Two, Jessica Bindah, HR Specialist will send you a link from Trakstar’s Learn . You will have 14 days to complete 2 courses.
